All sessions will be 80 minutes.

$185 is the price for a single session, a package will be cheaper per session

4 Sessions Package has a 8% discount
8 Sessions Package has a 16% discount
12 Session Package has a 24% discount
16 Session Package has a 32% discount

Sessions can be availed whenever is suitable for you. There is no expiry date for these sessions.

Sessions can be done 1-2x a week or 1 session every other week, whichever is preferable for you. There is no expiry for sessions.

If a package is bought, and some sessions are used but not all and a refund is requested, 25% fee will be taken off for the value of remaining sessions.
